Cookie Cutters & Emboss Stamps
Our cookie cutters & emboss stamps (blue coloured) are made from high quality food grade material used in FDM machines (3D printing process).
We take pride in our products and our cookie cutter & emboss stamps are inspected and thoroughly cleaned prior to packing so that they are received by you in a perfect condition. The material used is non-toxic, biodegradable plastic derived from renewable biomass. This requires some care in the use and handling as detailed on the care card that we place in every parcel.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Do not heat, put in a microwave, oven or dishwasher as the material starts to deform with temperatures over 50 deg C. Don’t soak in hot water.
- Hand wash only in warm water and dishwashing soap, using a small brush, like a toothbrush to get into corners.
How to use our Emboss Stamps
After rolling your fondant to your designed thickness (we also make rolling pin guides for 3mm and 6mm) you’ll be ready to start stamping. Our stamps are the highest quality, with clean designs and ultra smooth surfaces that don’t leave imperfection marks on your fondant that is so often seen in inferior products. Make a gentle press all around the stamp and lift off with the handle.
If your stamp comes as a set with the cutter, the cutters are designs to fit around the stamp to help with perfect placement. In this case, you might want to cut your fondant shape first, then place your stamp inside the cutter and press down.
Our cutters are unique that they have a strong cutting wall, along with the sharpest edge on the market – the cutting edge is actually smaller than on a steel blade cutter! We design all our products ourselves and know what make a good cutter. You won’t experience any unsightly edges with our cutters, and you won’t need to jiggle around your cutter on the fondant to try and tidy them up, altering the shape in the process!

Raised (Debossers) Stamps
Our raised stamps (clear acrylic sheets) are made from a high grade cast acrylic. We take pride in our products and our acrylic stamps are inspected and thoroughly cleaned prior to packing so that they are received by you in a perfect condition.
- Acrylic stamps should be washed in warm water and left to dry. Avoid using alcohol based cleaners. Alcohol based cleaners will induce cracks into the open surface and permanently damage your stamp.
- Take care and store your stamp in a bag to protect its surface from anything that can damage or scratch it.
How to use our Acrylic (Debosser) stamps
- Pre roll your fondant to your desired thickness (always use fresh fondant
- for maximum benefit) – We also make and supply rolling pin guides to get the precise dough and fondant thickness required
- Place your acrylic stamp on your work surface facing up (design details facing you) and lay your rolled fondant over the top,
- Roll your fondant with a single, even and firm pressure, over the raised stamp features.
- Carefully lift off the fondant without stretching it, turn it over and place it on to your work surface.
- With your cutter, cut out the required part.
- Place onto your cookie and decorate as required!

Cake Toppers
Our cake toppers are made from a high grade cast acrylic. Some designs are delicate and require maximum care when handling. We take pride in our products and our cake toppers are inspected and thoroughly cleaned prior to packing so that they are received by you in a perfect condition.
Cake Toppers shouldn’t need to be washed prior to use, but if you feel the need, simply wipe them with a damp sponge, or cotton cloth using warm water and left to dry. Avoid using alcohol based cleaners. Alcohol based cleaners will induce cracks into the open surface and permanently damage your cake topper
- Take care and store your cake topper in the packaging it comes in to protect its surface from anything that can damage or scratch it.
- We recommend that you keep your cake topper in the packaging until the time of use. Don’t transport or carry your cake topper in the cake in case it gets nudged, falls and breaks. Always place your cake in its final presentation position and then place the cake topper at the last moment.

Where are your products made?
We design and manufacture everything in house from our studio in Helensvale, on the Gold Coast, Queensland. You can come and pick up and you can browse our range in store!
When will my order be shipped?
This depends if you have a custom design in your order, in which case the timing will vary depending on whether you chose the expedited rush option. If your order is only standard stock items, we have everything always in stock. We currently ship on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's exc public holidays. Our post is collected daily at 1.30pm
Can we pick up?
Yes! We have a shop at the front of our design and production studio in Helensvale, QLD. Just google Cookie Cutter Store for directions, or type our name into your preferred navigation app.
Can I change my order?
Yes, but you’ll need to be quick and it’s best to call us immediately. For example, if an order is placed at 1pm, it is likely to be shipped at 1.30pm the same day. We are busy packing orders in the morning and not monitoring emails until the afternoon, so you’ll need to call us.
Tell me about your packaging
All orders are carefully packed to preserve the quality of our products when you receive them. We want you to enjoy the unboxing experience too and so we go to great care and attention to detail when packing every order. Even with tape and label placement!
All of our packaging materials are made in Australia to the strictest eco-friendly requirements. Each order is packaged in a cardboard box, made of recycled paper, that can be recycled when you’ve finished with it
The protective internal packaging that we use contains a number of items; the brown paper can be recycled, the plastic bags (are actually the same high grade bags that we also sell) are also recyclable. The green eco bubble wrap we use is manufactured in Australia and contains special additives in the HCFC & CFC free manufacturing process, that allows the polyethylene to break down when discarded, protecting waterways and wildlife. Naturally occurring microorganisms found in soil, landfill, and home compost bins are able to consume this eco-friendly product, producing natural fertiliser and without leaving a trace.
Do you individually package each product?
Yes! We put so much love and effort into our work to bring you the highest quality product around. We commit to ensuring that it reaches you in the same perfect quality that it was in after we hand washed them prior to manufacturing as part of our inspection process! The last thing we’d want is to place your items loosely in a box so that they can rub, scratch and damage each other before you get to marvel in their beauty and quality! Custom Order turnaround time
In each of our custom products, we have 2 options to choose when placing your order; standard or expedited.
If you have chosen standard, our turnaround time is 3-5 days to design, make and ship. After that, there is the shipping lead time, unless you are picking it up from us. The expedited option is within 24 hours and can sometimes be same day! However, in both cases, you need to share your design requirements including any graphics, text, fonts and size with us first to check that the design is actually possible. Unfortunately, not all business logos that we see are suitable to be made as a cookie stamp.
Can I combine order with Fun Cookie Cutters? (www.funcookiecutters.com.au)
Yes, we have 2 brands which are on the same site. Here’s how:
- Make your purchase from Cookie Cutter Store (CCS) and choose the shipping option you require – shipping or pick up.
- Take note of your CCS order number
- Head over to Fun Cookie Cutters (FCC) and place your order. At the check out use code “bundle” and write the CCS order number in the notes to us. We will do the rest.
