Our promise from the start was to quickly respond to your inquiries and turnaround orders within 24 hours, whether they are our designs that we make when you order; this keeps our stock levels close to zero and therefore our costs down, as well as designing custom cutters and stamps for your specific needs. We monitor every order and track the status through its journey to achieve our goal. Our data shows some interesting points;
  • Average turnaround time has been 0.77 days!,
  • 41% of orders were shipped the same day,
  • 86% were shipped within 24 hours,
  • 50% of our orders have been Custom Cookie Cutters and Custom Stamps,
  • We have over 180 different products available and growing by the week,

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We design our cutters and stamps with a very fine cutting edge, as sharp as 0.8mm, that’s 1/32” if you work in imperial! That’s pretty thin. We’ve had great feedback about the strength and quality of the cutting edge from a lot of customers but saying that, some people still prefer metal cutters and that’s OK too.

Recently we’ve started to include an even sharper edge on the tips of some cutters where the design allows, the cutting edge section reduces down in a sharp tip towards half of the previous amount 0.4mm, or 1/32”! This is particularly beneficial when cutting fondant but in turn makes the cutter very fragile to knocks and cleaning, see examples below.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

We’ve also improved our packaging to be more professional (boxes instead of padded bags) as well as designed it to meet Australia Post shipping size specifications to keep the cost down. We have passed this reduction on to our customers with lower shipping costs from as low as $3.95. The shipping costs is calculated based on your total package weight and is shown in the checkout. We’ve also added the option of choosing tracking for your orders. Be sure to choose the option that suits you best; Standard Post untracked, Standard Post tracked, Express Post.

Look out for the ‘care card’ within the packaging which also contains information on how to follow us and share your images on social media.
