A BIT ABOUT US.....
Previously we've talked about our super fast end to end process and how we deliver high quality and high speed. This time, a little about us as most of our communication is digital and you don't know who we are...
We are a 3 person team currently, on the verge of expanding...there's me, Paul. I am a qualified Engineer having previously worked on car and aerospace design for both Toyota and Ford in Europe, Japan and Australia. I use the skills I developed not only to define our design criteria to bring to you a solid cutter with a sharp cutting edge, but I also built our first machine using electrical and mechanical design expertise as a fun project and it has served our needs to this very day. To meet our objectives of a 24 hour turnaround, we've also designed our efficient end to end processes much in the way I designed and implemented production lines in a modern car factory. To meet our growing demand we have recently add a 5th machine.
My wife Marie, brought this idea to me because she has her own cake and cookie decoration business and used to buy a ton of cookie cutters (with long lead times) and on first inspection I knew I could make them better!
Cookie Cutter Store now consumes so much more of her time that she focuses less on baking and more on managing the demand on Cookie Cutter Store. I've taught Marie CAD (Computer Aided Design) and she now designs most of your work. When Marie is not designing, she is also managing customer communications, production flow across our machines, packaging orders and sending them off on their way to you. We both share the workload during the day and late into the night. Our posts on Instagram and Facebook and replies to your queries can come from either of us. We sometimes hand off messages to each other, if we are needed somewhere else, and the transfer is seamless...you wouldn't know because we are a great team!
Finally we have Natalia, our 8 year daughter who we balance our life around. She is known to help with packaging and would love to decorate our boxes with her designs...maybe one day they will have beads and jewels glued to them if she gets her way. She does get grumpy and frowns when we grow and add a new machine, or parts and materials get delivered to us and they aren't presents for her! One day she will realise it's all for her!
Saying all that, it's our flexibility and strong work ethic that means if you ask us a question, you usually get a reply within seconds; almost 24/7! I'm sure many of your reading this has experienced this service!

We have Father's Day in Australia so take a look and let us know if we can help.
As we approach the school holidays, we will be taking a much needed break for a week between 21st September and 28th September. Although we will be able to take orders, they won't be processed until we return home and so if you have an urgent requirement, please place your order the week before we take a break.
